How to manually update your DNS records

If you prefer to manually update your DNS records, please complete the following steps to complete the upgrade process to our new platform.

  1. Login to your domain registrar.
  2. Navigate to your domain portfolio.
  3. Select the domain which your MyCase website is currently connected to. 
  4. Locate the CNAME record with ‘www’ as the host/alias.
  5. Host/Alias: www
  6. Destination/Target: Replace mycasewebsites.com or mycasewebsites2.com with s.multiscreensite.com
  7. Next, update the A records with the following steps (if only one A record is present, please add the additional):
  8. First
  9. Type: A
  10. Host/Alias: @
  11. Destination/Target: 35.172.94.1
  12. Second
  13. Type: A
  14. Host/Alias: @
  15. Destination/Target: 100.24.208.97

Tips to Update your DNS

  • Contact your hosting company and provide them with the instructions above. They should be able to make the updates for you.
